A clear sequence from first call to signed contract — designed for nurses and Pflegekräfte entering German healthcare employment.
Why we publish the process
Candidates often arrive with urgency and incomplete papers. Employers arrive with shift gaps and strict licensing rules. Publishing our stages prevents false starts: if recognition is not underway, we say so before anyone schedules an interview that cannot lead to a start date.

Introductory consultation
We map your specialty, diploma origin, German language level, family or visa constraints, and preferred Bundesländer. You leave with a written readiness note — including gaps that would block hospital hiring today.
Document and recognition check
We review translations, references, and any Anerkennung correspondence. If the competent authority has not been correctly identified for your target Land, we pause employer outreach until that path is clear.
Employer shortlist
We propose a small list of hospitals, clinics, or Pflegeheime that match your ward preference and region. You approve the list before any CV is shared. We do not spray applications across unrelated wards.
Interview preparation and scheduling
Mock scenarios cover medication safety, escalation, and shift vocabulary. We coordinate times with Stationsleitung and HR, and debrief after each panel so the next conversation improves.
Offer comparison and contract clarity
When an offer arrives, we walk through salary band, probation, notice periods, overtime compensation, and orientation length in plain language. You decide; we do not pressure a signature for our own timeline.
Handover for the first weeks
After signing, we provide a short handover note covering contacts, typical first-week expectations, and questions to ask your mentor. Formal placement support then closes unless you book a follow-up session.
