About CyberSecureNet Employment Support

A Rheinland-Pfalz practice dedicated to placing nurses and care professionals with licensed German employers.

Why we exist

German healthcare employers need reliable Pflegekräfte. Internationally trained nurses need more than a job board — they need someone who understands Anerkennung timing, ward interview culture, and how a Arbeitsvertrag actually reads.

CyberSecureNet Employment Support grew from years of advising candidates who were losing months to wrong authorities, incomplete translations, and interviews that never should have been booked. We built a placement practice that treats those frictions as the work itself.

How we work with candidates

We begin with readiness, not marketing. If your language certificate is missing or your recognition file has not started, we say so. If a Klinik role is unrealistic this quarter, we may recommend a Pflegeheim path or a pause — not a hopeful application that wastes everyone's time.

Our advisors coordinate between candidates and employer contacts. We prepare you for Stationsleitung questions, clarify contract clauses, and step back once you have signed and settled into orientation. We are not a visa law firm and do not replace your own legal counsel where immigration questions arise.

Where we sit

Our office is in Großniedesheim, Rheinland-Pfalz. Consultations run remotely across Germany, with in-person meetings by appointment. Employer relationships span hospitals, specialist clinics, and residential care — always limited to licensed healthcare settings.

What we value

  • Honest readiness assessments before employer introductions
  • Respect for ward teams who inherit every placement we facilitate
  • Clear boundaries between guidance and legal representation
  • Candidate pace over our own fee timeline
